It should actually tell you in your info/orientation pack mtjt - try going back through that. oh gawd no idea here Im afraid...all i know is when i suggested mrs palmer to DH before his spermie test the look i got and reaction to it told me NOT to go there.....I actually think Dhs might have been worse test as he had been away from me for 5 days or so in lead up to his test....LOL!

I'm sorry to hear you are are facing this. I don't know anything about that side of things. However as no one else has commented yet and I do know from our natural fertility lady that it's a good idea to do it every second day for a week prior to ovulation so the sperm is fresher when it's the right time and there is plenty in there already that might hold then i guess you could go with that logic for this. Hi Everyone

Just wondered if anyone can answer this question. We may have issues with DH sperm with DNA fragmentation possibly because of sperm being inside his body too long (yet to have a test done but dr's seem to think this could be a problem for us)

The question is how FRESH should the sperm be time of Egg collection? ie, should he ejaculate every day for 5 days prior? or just every 2 days for a week? so to get fresh new sperm the best quality possible to use?

I look forward to some advice here.. this 3rd time ivd/icsi we are about to embark on has to work this time and i want to cover all basis here and make sure we do everything right..
