I would imagine that white sauce, either dairy or not, would be fine for IBS as it's from an elimination diet. Dh also cooks some sliced schnitzel to put in it.<br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=16181">kebakat</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 30362<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07 December 2009 at 7:16pm<br /><br />Pretty much all my meals take 20-30mins max..<br /><br />Risotto (out of the box lol) <br />Pasta bake, I can't be assed cooking it int he oven sometimes so just cook the vege and pasta up, heat the sauce and mix<br />Home made fish n chips<br />Frittatas<br />Fritters -  basically corn fritters or mix up all leftover vege with some potato and fry it into fritters<br />Home made burgers<br />Mac n cheese with chicken or something on the side as well as vege - we usually do corn on the cob cause Daniel loves it.<br />Mexican, like tacos etc takes hardly any time and you could all have what you like<br /><br />Dunno if any of those are useful. I use healthyfood.co.nz lately to find some yummy easy meals. ]]>

This limits my options generally to potatoes, mixed vege and some form of quick meat, or a stirfy.<br /><br />Any hints/suggestions? Also, we're on a pretty tight budget so we don't eat nice steaks or anything.]]>
