Hey There,

Just thought I'd reply although we don't have the exact same issue-that I know of yet anyway, but my DH has very low count, 2million, and low motility, under 10%, he has been on menevit for almost 3 months now since we found out, has completely stopped drinking coffee, and very rarely drinks alcohol, we are seeing a specialist in 3 weeks so I'm really interested to see if there's been a huge change or not.
How long have you been ttc for?We have been for 11months, thankfully we had a GP who listened to our concerns rather than telling us to keep trying longer, and got referred to a FS as soon as we got the sperm results. I have poured over different forums though trying to find people in the same boat as us with the sperm issues so even though I'm not entirely sure about the DNA thing I thought I'd just respond and let you know what we're doing to change things anyway.
We have heard of quite a few success stories with low count and other sperm issues so try and stay positive, but I know it's hard!

Hi everyone

Just had some terrible news that my DH sperm has high DNA fragmentation - 69% (anything over 40% is high).. I have heard that very frequent ejaculation helps and also taking menevit and reducing coffee/alcahol and good diet etc helps.. any comments please??

Can anyone please comment and i would really like to hear any stories of others in the same boat as us.. I also hope to hear of some GOOD outcomes too!!
