I had a few goes to get the right size for me, but got there in the end and refined it to an art-form.<br /><br />I found the best was to make them into a pocket (a lot like pocket nappies) so i could regulate absorbancy  (put extra layers of microfibre in) and also got them washed much better as i took out the inner and put them into a wash bag to wash which got them much cleaner than if it was all sewn up.  <br /><br />Not sure if that all makes sence...Im half asleep!]]>

It can be quite nasty on needles though so take it slow when sewing that fabric or you will break needles]]>

But you'll need an overlocker to make them or else you wil get big lines around the edge showing through your clothing]]>
