I got a BH as well, I have the single hemp insert plus the double one & just use a flat nappy as the fast absorber....works a treat!

Can you use any microfibre? Or try tm .. I got 30 inserts for under $25 which included postage (of $8)! go to www.greenbeans.co.nz

they have all the nappy fabric you will need to make your own....much cheaper.

hi i brought a few MCN's from babyharmony in the closing down sale. they only had the hemp inserts available.

the lady told me that i will need some microfibre inserts as well.

does anyone have any of these for sale or know where to get them for cheap. or even where to just get the fabric from and i will try making my own.
