Shepherds or cottage pie is a really good one to do. Ive also made a heap of meat patties and frozen into 6pattie lots and can have burgers. and another really easy meal i like to have in freezer is hot dog buns and frankfurters. I only made lasagne and butter chicken when I was pregnant with bailey.
Aidan arrived 13 weeks to early for me to even think about stocking the freezer lol
want to get some things at least in the freezer this time. I agree with the muffins!

What about something like beef stroganoff or chicken chassuer - easy to make in a crock pot.

Or (while it isn't really the weather for it) soup is a goodie as it is a cheap, instant meal.

Small portions of berries or freeflow berries for smoothies if you are a smoothie person. There are some real cheap berries around at the moment.

Sounds like you've got a pretty good list to me! Muffins are brilliant - at 3 am when you're starving you can take one out and nuke it.

• precooked rice and pasta
• nacho mince mix
