Jacindarella the naturopath I went to is at motherwell (Auckland, Mt Eden) and I did find her helpful. Hey just had my second AF after mc and it was stil abit heavier but not as bad and didnt get the mean pains!!! I was also thinking about going to a naturopath, did it help ?
I'm hoping its only the first that will be like this.. My periods were strange after d&c. Heavier, even more painful, different number of days in the cycle... It made me GRRR. The dr was very relaxed about it so I suppose it is "normal". When I had my D&C I got my first AF exactly 28 days later and it was heavy but not heavier than normal. Albeit I have heavy and painful AF's anyway.

Hi, I didnt have a D&C but I did mc naturally and I got Af back after 5weeks, which was REALLY heavy i was changing a super tampon every hr or 2 and lasted about 4-5days, usaully 3-4 days med-heavy ish. And i also had mad cramps!!! I just got my first AF after my D&C 5 weeks ago and OMG its so bad!

Its so heavy !... I soak through a super pad within half an hour.

Does anyone one know if this is "normal" ?
