Jake used to have them when he went off all meat for a while (eats it all now, but is still fussy about foods all mixed together).<br />The amounts are low - its just like giving a toddler milk instead of cows milk to get the extra nutrients.]]>

We used bread for the base, creamed corn(she doesn't like this), tomato(always gets spit out), bacon and cheese.  AND when she thought no one was looking she licked a bit of tomato ... looked around (i looked away so she thought I wasn't looking) and then stuck the WHOLE slice into her mouth and ATE IT!!! I was so impressed.  <br />Then when we served the pizzas she ate the whole thing and wanted more. YAY<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> ]]>

TBH I have never really looked at what's in the kids vits and the levels but I guess as long as they don't have high levels of fat soluable vits they should be fine... <br /><br />eta - also it is amazing how little children need to get what they need... kids serving sizes are really small...but I guess if they don't have any that's a but tricky...<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by freckle</span>]]>

I'm hesitant to give vitamin supplements though, so I cut them all in half and she has half of one. She loves them, they are like lollies.]]>

The idea of little ones having vitamins worries me a little bit after knowing somebody whose 4 year old choked and died on a vitamin tablet a few years back. I figured they were a good one to start with.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />You could ask the pharmacist what they recommend, or even your GP.<br /><br />The tongue fizzers are good (I think they are healtheries, I got them from Foodtown) as they dissolve really quickly, and are black currant flavoured.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sam likes them because he thinks they are lollies.  <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Except for veges on pizza (bought not home made try that) and meat in chicken nuggets (which I don't know how processed and nutrient that is)<br /><br />So we are thinking of every her a multi vitamin of some description (till she starts eating better) and was wondering what others would recommend.<br /><br />Thanks]]>
