there is a great gym which does a lot of the elite gymnastics and has a huge programme for kids in Mt Roskill. It is called Tristar. they probably have a web site. Have a look at your closest YMCA - they offer really good programs.

I know the YMCA in Mt Albert is really good (that's where I went when I was young) and my sisters two kids have been through there as well. Eden loves doing the splits and has quite a dramatic flair so i thought i would enrol her in gymnastics next term.

Does anyone have any recommendations or names of places i should avoid.
