Yep Bananas are a bad food for allergys, not as harmless as they sound! Could be, I know banana's upset reflux babies so maybe it could upset nappy rash? Has anyone heard of bananas aggravating nappy rash? DS is teething at the moment and has quite bad nappy rash but it seems to be worse - like on fire - since he's just decided he likes eating bananas.
