I have my prefolds neatly stacked and then some storage boxes which contain his pull up pants, and another with cloth wipes . I use a spray bottle of water to squirt the wipe before use. I keep a plastic container to throw in the used nappy and then once baby is all changed and happy, I put him down in his rocka or something and I can empty the nappy (or nappies) into the pail in the laundry ready for washing.<br /><br />So.....<br />* baby on table<br />* take off old nappy<br />* throw nappy into plastic container<br />* spray cloth wipe<br />* clean bum<br />* apply Ecostore bum cream<br />* put on new nappy<br /><br />= happy clean baby <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley10.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I just add a bit of warm water into the bowl to wet the flannel then have another container (with a lid) to put the dirty wipes in.  I use a nappy liner (washable) which I remove when I take off the nappy and put in with the dirty wipes then I dry pail my nappies until washing.  ]]>

What we do is at change time I check in the side of DD's nappy if there is a poo or not. If not, then I just get one wipe, wet it with warm water then go change her (changemat is in her room). If there *is* a poo, then I get 3 or 4 wipes, wet them and then go change her. Then the dirty wipes as well as the nappy get rinsed off in the laundry tub before going in the bucket with all the other wipes and nappies.
