Really quick and easy and healthy.

We also find he eats better when we all sit down and eat together as a family. He loves it - warbles away as if he is making table talk, laughing and stuffing food in his face as he goes.

My ideas are homemade pizza with veges on it (you don't have to have tomato sauce on it if you don't want to - as well as tomato based pizza sauce we also try cranberry sauce which is great with chicken, or basil and corriander paste). Cruskit with hummus (great for protein). Rice cakes with cream cheese. (Those two are usually morning or afternoon tea snacks though). Jude also looooves homemade chunky soups with bread to soak it up. Kumara, pumpkin and potato mash (you should see the fistfuls that go into his mouth!) Oh another thing is creamy mushrooms (white sauce and mushrooms) on toast.

Yum - my mouth is watering thinking of all this food.

But since your DS doesn't eat pasta probably won't help.

DD gets left overs alot! Come dinner time I am normally rummaging through the fridge and give her whatevers in there. Someones gotta eat it no one else does
