We stopped them a few weeks before he started kindy at the start of the year, so he was 3.5yrs. Most days by bedtime he is practically asleep when his head hits the pillow!

Yep definitely enjoy it while it lasts

Jake sleeps about 11 hours overnight, and on his two daycare days he only sleeps about 1.5hrs, hence the really long naps the other days.

OK, will enjoy it while it lasts ....

Edited by Nikki

Would only be a problem if she went to kindy cos of the afternoon kindy generally starts around 12.30ish. Shes in daycare 3 days a week so sleeps there.
She has only ever slept 10 1/2 hrs at night tho, so over 24 hrs she is getting about the same ammount of sleep as other kids her age, almost all of which dont have a day sleep but sleep 12 hrs at night.

Some kids just need a lot of sleep!

He definitely needs it ... the two days he missed it, he fall asleep on the couch at 5pm and we could not wake him!!

I'm not complaining. Just kinda wonder if its something to do with him being born with a heart defect, or if hes "normal" and just likes sleep, like me!

Edited by Nikki
