Thanks for your reply!

My scan today showed total of 8 on one ovary - smallest being 15mm.
The other ovary they could not find?? Never had that prob before!! hoping for similar numbers too..

Hi mtjt.

My understanding is that the trigger injection causes the mature follicles to go into the final stage of maturation whereby they release their eggs.

And I can't help on the ICSI side of things but for standard IVF they can work with anything between 15 - 20.

Just curious to know whether Follicles still grow after trigger and before EC?

Also what size is the minimum to be "mature" to be used for ICSI please?
