Prepare baking tray. I used non stick paper.<br /><br />2 cups flour<br />4 tspn baking powder<br />1/2 tspn salt<br /><br />Sift the above ingredients into a large bowl.<br /><br />Add 50gm or 3TB & 1 tspn of oil<br /><br />Mix until looks crumbly.<br /><br />Make well in centre, crack egg into it & break up egg a little.<br /><br />Add rice milk approx 3/4 cup & mix.<br /><br />Hint, only add in half of milk at start as I did it the other way around & had to add more flour.<br /><br />Turn out onto floured bench & knead lightly. Pat out to 2-3cm thick.<br /><br />Use round cookie cutters to make rounds or make squares like G-ma used to <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Pop in oven for 10-12mins or til golden brown.<br /><br />ESSENTIAL....eat while hot with jam on top YUMMO]]>
