Agree with lilfatty,

I watched it when DS was a few weeks old. It's good to have some reassurance as you are probably doing most of her recommendations anyway.

I borrowed it from someone in my coffee group - not sure I would have bought it.

Someone else in my coffee group has had her at her house this week! I wanted it but found a lot of it you could find online and also at the time she was advertising it she was also giving demonstrations on Good Morning show so managed to get a lot out of that. I got it and found it great. It is 0 - 3 months I think but I picked up a lot of useful tips in the early days.
