I think a lot of it is the colder weather too. Most days he'd had about six pieces of bread, 1-2 bits of fruit, baking, raisens, his porridge and crackers all before 12 noon. Luckily he slows down in the afternoon.

Gabrielle's favourite word is hungry, followed very closely by eat. I try and make sure that all she eats is healthy food, but I am also trying to give her more protein so she feels a bit more full and encourage her to drink in case she is mistaking thirst for hunger. She is by no means a huge kid but she is certainly not small either! My mum says I never seemed to stop eating either and G is pretty much the same height and weight I was at the same age so I figure she is probably ok.

Someone at work did suggest worming her but she doesn't seem to have any itchy bum or anything and I can't see any worms ( ) so I figure she's probably just actually hungry.

If you're giving him the good stuff, leave him too it. No point worrying about emotional ties to food yet

I have a grazer, eats all day. DD has made me realize how little and how poorly I eat lol! (she has a piece of toast and an apple for breakfast, I've since starting having a peice of toast ) She has the energy she needs to get through a day though, and eats very little crap, so I figure heck, why not? She doesn't always eat a huge dinner but she sleeps well generally so I'm not too concerned by it

He is 14mths and seems constantly hungry. He's favourite word is "YUM!" and this is how he indicates that he wants something to eat or drink. Anyone else's child like this??
