A calicum suppliment safe for B/Fing!!! OMG seriously<br /><br />You can take blackmores I'm sure. I have Caltrate here & it doesn't say that you can't take it. I also have lifestream calcium and that specifically gives a dose for preg/bfeeding.<br /><br />You need to make sure you are having 1000mg of elemental calcium so you need to read the side panel. Just because they're gaining weight doesn't mean it's not doing damage... <br /><br />I can't believe your Dr made you go back on dairy - surely he realises there are other forms of calcium??]]>

What does your mw think? We thought Lily had reflux, and the mw said she may but she was gaining weight well so no need to worry about it. Although having one child already who's had reflux, you would know. <br /><br />OT<br />We cut dairy out of my diet for different reasons and my doctor told me off because BFing - I need the calcium blah blah... <br />So now I am back having dairy and Lily's eczema has flared up again and she has the trots. ]]>
