Plus you need so little in the wash. You will also need canestin or dettol antibacterial in your wash every so often to get rid of baterial that does build up - mainly for the smell.

Anyway, I have not heard of those nappies, but I use Nudey Rudey brand osfa. I can't say enough good things about them. But even if you don't buy this brand, check out her website as she gives a great recipe for stripping nappies - essential if you need to use nappy creams.

Another tip, if you decide to use nappy liners, I recommend you buy some soft fabric and make your own, as a lot of the disposable types will cause nappy rash. I used the flushable type for a short while, until I realised they were the nappy rash problem. I haven't had a problem since! Completely wonderful NOT having to use creams on his bottom - oh, Caleb is 7 months old and has been wearing these nappies since 2 weeks old.

Anyway, good luck with the cloth nappies. I am NEVER going back!!

Once she was big enough for her OSFA I stopped using them but have saved them for #2

Currently I'm looking at either Babyland "new style" osfa pocket nappies off tm (pul outer, microfleece inner, microfibre insert), are they any good? With our laundry I use ecostore wash powder, vinegar as the rinse, ecostore whitener as my soaker, & everything goes in the dryer. Use sudocream occasionally. What should I be aware of? What else do I need? Liners? TIA
