I wanted to know when AF was due (and glad I was charting as AF would have been 2 weeks late otherwise and I woul dhave been climbing the walls!)

It may come back exactly on time or it may be quite late. And then it may just be normal or it may include a bit of a clean-out, which can include some cramping and clots. Mine was about 3 wks late and was more painful than the (natural) m/c itself. Panadol/nurofen was enough though.
