errr no, I think you're well within your rights to have a moan regardless hon.
Its kinda hard to get closure with retained products I would guess, as well as the other stuff you've been through AND having the 'usual' postmiscarriage mindstuff? The bleeding is a PITA when its normal af as it is, but you're even getting it more than that aren't you.
And you've got an ar5e for a doc, which is never hugely helpful.
