I haven't gone mine yet, it's still on order. But I found the shop assistants at Baby City useless. They had no clue what so ever.

How have you found the new Explorer? I went in to check it out, as I dont like the clip thingy at the back for reclining on our sport model - but the assistant in the shop kept putting the sun shade on, then everytime she went to move it, it popped off. This put me right off. Have you had this problem?? You should also have a look at the Explorer. We just had to put a bit of grease on the front wheel and its been fine. My friend must have gotten the earlier model and had to get the framing replaced, but they did that in 2 days. the dash have had a few problems with handle etc also. Kelly I do believe the front wheel issue with both the dash and the vibe has been sorted!

But to be honest, even if you did get a faulty one... they are so good at replacement/repairs that its a non issue.

Kiwibaby were fab and gave me a loaner as we had to wait for the new shipment (which was a few weeks). They dropped the loaner off to me and collected the faulty one and then dropped my new one off and collected the loaner... P&T replaced no questions asked.

I highly recommend both companies for their great service! There was a problem with the front wheel in the early models. We've been assured it has been fixed and only the early stock has the issue.
