I worked at a pizza restaurant and they kept it in the bar fridge <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> when they had made alot for big functions etc. <br /><br />I would imagine you can freeze it too, just like cookie dough?]]>
