The LCs still worked last time even from frozen mix ...<br /><br />Freezing them - I roll them into a tube shape, wrap that in gladwrap or baking paper then wrap it in tin foil. ]]>

I wondered if the yeast would not be active if frozen?<br /><br />Or could you add the yeast once thawed and ready to be made into cookies?<br /><br />How do you freeze the dough? I often freeze the biscuits and grab them for lunches etc as I need them. That way you don't have to much around cooking them each time you want some. ]]>
