Don't have a clue about the yeast ... The LCs still worked last time even from frozen mix ...

Question about this.... does freezing the dough affect the brewers yeast at all? I wondered if the yeast would not be active if frozen?

Or could you add the yeast once thawed and ready to be made into cookies?

How do you freeze the dough? Just in a container or plastic bag?

I've always cooked them up and then frozen them. They've always tasted the same to me once thawed.

Um....yeah they do! I freeze my lactation cookies all the time and they're yum  

maybe it depends on what you put in them? Cos yeah I know some ingrediants freeze better than others lol

Yep either works well. I often freeze the biscuits and grab them for lunches etc as I need them. I want to make a batch of lactation cookies but not sure whether it's best to freeze the dough and then bake cookies as I want them, or to bake all the cookies and freeze them. What's better in your experience?
