Wow Congrats Monikah!!!! Amazing!! And well done to all of you.

I completely forgot to weigh in on Weds morning and was going to do it weds night but ended up in hospital with DD. This round has been a bit of a right off for me and I think it would have been an overall gain. But that fact has certainly got me motivated. I have signed up to WW Online, I have just been using everything that has been going wrong as an excuse to eat badly and not exercise.

Looking forward to the next round, although hoping to be almost at goal by then,

yeah its about consistancy.. thats how i won last time.. :)

bex-its just cause my scales were screwed for a while.. so 2 kg altogether.. so really it wasnt all in one week i dont think.. stupid scales..but glad i was skinnier than i thought:) i find it frustrating people gain and then drop out thats why i kept going even when i gained cause i committed to it so stayed with it till the end

Yep my loss was small but i am still happy with that. My main goal for this BL is to have no gains. So far so good. My weight loss has been pretty consistant most weeks and I've worked out that my average over the last 5 weeks has been about 0.92kgs. Yay well done Freesia!!

Yay congrats jaycee!!

I'm really happy with my result given the weekend I had. I wasn't naughty naughty but had a few treats. Have been doing lots of gardening and stuff around the house though so that's probably helped.
