(Monday, Wednesday, Friday)<br />2x 50 squats a week (Tuesday, Thursday)<br />Saturday and Sunday are family days. (Also work around the house, painting, renovating etc)]]>

I only want to go for 2 serves fruit a day and 3+ vegetables. Unlimited on the vege's actually. I'm doing the shopping list today so will be sure to have everything I need in the fridge.]]>
