we only bought large aio's and he has worn them with no leaks since 5 months (7kg)

Wow my 20month old fits her one large itti bitti nappy on the tightest setting still hehe. Have never tried a medium. No help to you, but I couldn't help joining in the conversation - I bought a large on TradeMe because it was a good deal, and it fits Jacob now! On the smallest setting, but he's worn it lots, no leakgage or anything. Hmm I find that it depends on the chubbiness of your babies thighs, K has rather big ones and she is unfort, starting to grow out of her newer mediums, as said above the secondhand/older ones will last longer. She already fits into the one large I have though she has a small tummy so snaps almost to the closest one round the middle.

The bitti tutto is wonderful, I just resnapped em all to large and they do fit fantastically.

AIO also barely do 2 hours for K so I've added a microfibre booster and that has helped. SIO also last for about 3 hours a bit more with a booster.
The Tutto lasts 3-4 hours with all layers in and a booster added. Note that if you don't have a heavy wetter they will apparently do through the night.

For you best to order larges, they may just fit and if not quite babies only grow larger :D

My son is nearly 21 months, and can also just fit his medium! His larges fit much better though, especially since his thighs chubbed up a bit a few months back.
If you really want to buy more now, you'd probably be best to buy larges though, more likely to get more wear out of them, even if you have to wait til she fits them.
I also agree the Tuttos are great too, I have 3 of them now, and find them a great fit. Cooper was nearly 9kg 2 months ago and still fits his mediums. I bought one of the tuttos on the weekend and if I buy more I'm definitely going for those. My SIO and AIO's have only ever lasted 2 hours and the tutto lasted 3 hours both times I've used it so far - and probably could have gone longer but didn't want to push my luck.

My boy (21mths) at 85cm & 11kg can still fit his meds, don't stand up to his wee amount though. I find for his skinny legs Larges gap but the Tutto fit in the large setting is fantastic.

Rachel, if you are going to buy more, I would def buy Larges. You wont get your moneys worth out of mediums, but larges should last you through to TT!

If in doubt you could always try bitti tuttos!! we went into larges at about 9/10 months, but DD was a bit of a heffalump at about 10kg then, with chunky thighs so fit them fine.

I know some kiddies who are still in mediums at 2+ years, so it just depends!

My DD is also 8.5kg, and I have a mixture of old and new ittis, the old ones will definalty last way longer as the elastic is more stretched, where as one of the new ones wont fit around her chubby legs! Hey ladies
At what size/weight/age did you go from medium to large ittis? My DD is about 8.5kg, however her ittis seem like they won't fit her for much longer? Is it because they are new(ish) and havent had a chance to stretch yet?
I am wanting to order another 6 pack, but I don't know if I should order more mediums or if I should order some large ones?
