We use Curash powder the rest of the time, so good to see that's fine to use with cloth nappies (we haven't had any build up problems with it)]]>

Definitely wouldn't wash them with the nappies though.  I use a flushable liner if I need to use cream.<br /><br />I used to use Curash powder with my cloth nappies, and never had any problems, but I have heard from others that they've had buildup issues with it, so I think the jury's still out on that one.]]>

I'd like to use a preventative if possible as I have a heavy wetter and long sleeper - perfect conditions for nappy rash!<br /><br />What is the recommended way to strip a bamboo nappy if necessary?<br /><br />For general washing I currently do a cold rinse, then a cold/warm wash with 2 cold rinses, then line dried.  I use persil sensitive liquid and a canestan rinse as we've recently had thrush.<br /><br />TIA]]>
