LostAmber, down the bottom of this page, it says you can use napisan, baby care range. See under "the bucket method."

Ahh that's a great list thanks Sally good thing I use a liner when I put Aqueous Cream on DD's bum (first thing in the morning and after a poo). I personally avoid using creams with my microfleece liners, but you might be fine just washing them separately. Definitely wouldn't wash them with the nappies though. I use a flushable liner if I need to use cream.

Hi there,

Just wanted some clarification...have tried to do a search but not able to find the info I need.

I'm using a bamboo fitted nappy with a microfleece liner.
If I use a barrier cream, such as Sudocrem, do I need to wash the liners separately from the nappies or can they all go in together?
Also, can I use Curash powder with the liner (or without) and it won't leave a residue?
Any other recommendations? I'd like to use a preventative if possible as I have a heavy wetter and long sleeper - perfect conditions for nappy rash!

What is the recommended way to strip a bamboo nappy if necessary?

For general washing I currently do a cold rinse, then a cold/warm wash with 2 cold rinses, then line dried. I use persil sensitive liquid and a canestan rinse as we've recently had thrush.
