Add the cream cheese, and whizz until combined.<br /><br />Refrigerate for an hour or more (it's a VERY soft mixture so quite messy to roll and refrigerating helps).<br /><br />Melt white chocolate (I used whittakers) over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool slightly. I take half the mixture out and leave the other half over the water, so once I've dipped half the mixture, I have fresh, CLEAN white choc to use for the rest.<br /><br />Roll the oreo mixture into balls, and using a dipping spoon, dip into the chocolate. Place on baking paper. <br /><br />Taken from another forum...]]>
