yes they are, they have 3 snap down options at the front, the inners are designed so they bunch up well. I have 3 pop-in dream dri nappies for sale. two white and one custard (yellow). The have been used for a couple of months in a large rotation. The white inserts are slightly discoloured but everything else is good. They only come with the standard two inserts.. for sale for $20 each, postage is $3.50 nationwide for one.

I also have a fuzibunz red in small size with insert, good condition for sale $15.

Also a little-bots nappy in yellow, has a one size snap down at front and a fold out insert. hardly used.for sale for $10.
