He's almost 14 months and has been wearing 2 year old clothes for a few months.  So adding cloth nappies to the mix didn't really make much difference!  I just notice that some of the pairs of shorts from places like Pumpkin Patch tend to be tighter in the bum. <br /><br />We use a variety of nappies, but ittis are my favourites!<br /><br />Anyway, I guess it just depends on the baby and depends on the clothes - I've noticed some crazy variation in clothing sizes too!]]>

Bodysuits seem to fit to the age on the tag, and she's wearing a lot of her size 9-12month bodysuits still at 13 months with cloth. Overnight I need to make sure there's enough room for her sposie to expand so it ends up the same size as a night cloth anyway.</P><P align=left>I use ittis and some OSFA.</P>]]>

DS is 12months now and is wearing 6-12month or 9-12month clothing. <br />He outgrows things in the length of the body before width or anything else, I have some onsie bumsies but haven't actually really had to use them much at all, only when he's been in the couple of pocket nappies I've got or in his night nappy from time to time.]]>

I got the onsie bummies but wish had gotten way earlier coz I don't use bodysuits much now...def worth it to get more wear out of the clothes especially if your baby is long and not so round.]]>

He is pretty average for height/weight.<br /><br />They don't seem to be much bulkier than a sposie, but we do use sposies at night-time so I haven't noticed any difference in his AIOs]]>

Glad to hear your sucess with Itti's as thats what Ive got!<br /><br />It was part of my reason for choosing them actually, them being the trimest.<br /><br />Ive got prefolds as well.<br /><br />Yah I love hearing of ppl with Itti success, I went all out and got 12 Smalls and 15 Mediums so im terrified they wont fit/work well and I would have wasted all that $$$.]]>

Most things seem to have a bit of extra room around the bottom (although I do think that clothes are designed to fit sposies, I think you notice they don't fit <em>quite</em> as well round the bottom). ]]>

I don't notice DD having a big bum amongst all the sposie kids at daycare anyway <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley8.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />She outgrows clothes in length not width. She wears quite bulky night nappies so her domed-bottom pj singlets tended to be the first thing I sized up. She's pretty lean so pants were fine width wise even with a night nappy.<br /><br />If you went for OSFA in particular it might be different as they can be quite big on a newborn. Maybe also true for some pockets?<br /><br />Did you have a particular nappy in mind?]]>

She would grow out of her pants at the waist well before her legs! Onesie bumsies are really good, very handy. My girl was in NB clothes for maybe a couple of weeks max, she soon stacked on the pounds and went into 0-3month sizing.]]>
