I did lots of 'saucy' type things (cook in the pot packets etc) plus a few other things. From memory I did <br /><br />apricot chicken<br />lasagne<br />smoked fish pie (using canned smoked fish)<br />cottage pie<br />curried sausages<br />honey mustard chicken (chicken tonight jar)<br />beef goulash<br />etc<br />]]>

I'm stuck on lasagne which I don't want to do, but I would like to be able to make something that they can just stick in their freezer and pull out when needed.<br />Any ideas?
