I watched what I ate while doing it, I was a size 13 and went to a size 11<br /><br />ETA forgot to say, I found it great, only 20 odd mins a time and i did it 3 times are week<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by curlysue</span>]]>

So im thinking of trying it as i get 1 hour for lunch and that would fit in nicely a few times a week.<br /><br />Was wondering if you have tried it, was it effective?<br /><br />would be great to hear your experiences<br /><br />Thanks]]>
