Because i'm nnot on the pill or charting or anything I don't actually know when AF will come, it is regular tho so if I actually worked it out I would know to expect it, I guess every month I just forget that this is what happens lol.</P>]]>

It usually goes down when it has gone. I also use the excuse of eating chocolate or eating more then as well but am trying to fill up on water first.
