Thanks for that, was interesting reading the site.

Her eg issue is an allergy, whereas in the past we have noticed when she has had dairy her skin has flared up, so we think an intolerance.

Think i might take her to the doctor next week and sit down and have a chat - i suppose going back to the neocate will show if it is the reason or not.

yeah i agree with the PP.. allergy tests wont show the intolerances and a lot of children with dairy issues have soy issues too.. Absolutely. Behavioural issues are sign of an intolerance. That is one way I watch what my children are consuming.

Fed Up Site This show some differences between allergies & intolerances. Note behaviour problems & irritability down under symptoms.

I guess it's up to you whether you want to put up with it??

About a week and a half ago we decided to try and switch from Neocate to Soy formula.
This was at the suggestion of our doctor, before we needed to get a new subsidy number - as in the past she had only shown reactions to dairy, and egg (well food wise anyways)

We made the switch, and she's taken it happily, drinks well.. finally has stopped being constipated, and her skin is pretty good. However she's a bit of a mess in temperament - certainly not her usual happy rosy self.

Do you think it could be the change in formula that is affecting this, or probably not.
