I wold bake today and then freeze overnight as its heaps easier to ice it when its semi frozen. Less crumbs!

I would bake today and decorate tomorrow - I am like you and worry about having a disaster with no time to fix.

May seem like a silly question but Floyd's party is on Sunday...would i be best to make it tonight or tomorrow morning to decorate in the afternoon?
