If you exercise do it and then drink loads of water afterwards and then pay attention to your supply to see if it has had any effect for the day. With eating just eat healthy.. don't start cutting back heaps on food.<br /><br />Thats how I started when I was BF just tried something and then waited to see if it had any effect and we were fine. I was eating 3 meals and 3 snacks a day (healthy) and my supply stayed the same.]]>
