You could also do the vinegar/baking soda rinse thru the drain every now and again to clear the gunk out.<br /><br />I really must find some more flushable liners!]]>

The microfleece liner usually catches about 80%, I just use loo paper to wipe the worst off the liner and nappy, then rinse the rest off in the laundry sink.  I try not to scrub, I just gently rub the the nappy fabric together to get it off.  Then pooey nappies get a short cold pre-rinse, before the rest of the nappies get added and washed.]]>

I also try to use flushable liners if I think a poo might be due...so much easier!  Any bit that gets on the nappy, usually not much, comes off with a pre-rinse before I wash the nappies.<br />Had a shocker yesterday...in a hurry to go out, forgot to use any liner and whaddya know, biggest number 2s yet!  It was not fun...used toilet paper as per MamaT's description above <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />I'm thinking about going to Mastertrade and getting the bits to make my own nappy sprayer to attach to the cistern...can't be that hard!]]>

I know it sounds gross but I just leave it to dry a bit (bout an hour or 2) then use some toilet paper and it kinda "flops" off into the loo lol, cnt do it straight away, gotta wait for it to dry haha<br /><br />Im not that worried, T only goes once a day and I do nappy washing every 3 days so I know theres only ever 3 poo naps in the wash. I do a good cold rinse first and that gets any poo out before the proper wash :)]]>

The hot water also helps take the stains out much easier!]]>

The sink is just next to the toilet, so I can just spray into it. Works a treat!<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Just wondering what others do]]>
