That's more than $1 per wear which is just pathetic.

I've sent it back for her to have a look at it and I'm hoping she'll just replace it as a bad batch of fabric. But like you say Mealz, there's still the postage to be paid, and not having as many nappies as you planned to have. Not great with all this rain we're having.

I've just sent back a whole lot of itti inserts that were getting holes in them...even ones that hadn't been used yet. They've replaced them which was a relief as I'd totally followed all the washing instructions and hadn't done any strip washes or anything. Apparently they had some issues with a few batches...

I wash them on a cotton 40 cycle in a front loader, with ecostore liquid, and they're line dried. The bald patches and hole is definitely NOT anything to do with line drying - they're in the wrong place. They probably get used and washed every 3-4 days.
I've never stripped them or soaked them in napisan or anything similar.
Has anybody else had any problems with this fabric? Maybe just a bad batch? I'm hoping it's not that bamboo/hemp is just not very durable bx they're so great otherwise, absorbent and soft and not too bulky.
TIA. I'm asking the manufacturer as well obv.
Lisa

(edited to fix spellingk!)

Edited by lisame
