Haven't tried the sleep rescue remedy, but did give the tart cherry a go for awhile. My mum thought it was helping her and my step dad, so we borrowed some. I didn't notice any big changes unfortunately. The first few nights it seemed like it might be working, but I think it was a fluke! I have used tart cherry juice on both my boys and I honestly don't think it did alot. It costs alot for the product and I never got any different results from it.

Has anyone used these for there toddlers?

Just wondering if it helped there sleep problems?

Also are there any side effects with using these products

Im unsure if i should try them but im just about at breaking point with this no sleeping.
