Walking is a great start, and that way you can build up to doing more. After having a c-sect it takes longer to get rid of your tummy as all your muscles have been cut, just takes a bit longer. ]]>

I am very keen to lose my tummy this time but have never really been into exercise anyway! Was wondering about some of the gentler exercises on Wii fit or something? Keen to hear what others have done or found they were able to do. ]]>
