Bio-oil or vitamin E capsules split open and applied directly to scar and also have one orally as well? Duno my scar was good but I didnt religiously use these products. But the Vitamin E cream worked a wonder on the 8b stitches I had on my face.

Lucas' Papaya cream in the red tube with black print... it's kinda like Windex from My Big Fat Greek Wedding!! Really affordable at about $12 a tube or $25-ish for a decent pot of it, and you can use it on your scar, nappy rash, hands, chapped lips, etc etc etc

I am 6 months post c section and my scar is still really red, lumpy, itchy, tender etc. I'll get my gp to have a look next time I'm there just to make sure everything is ok.
