i agree, its a pain! My son loves to pull out the cord of the vacuum cleaner when DH or I are vacuuming, or hits the off button. I have the same problem except we've taught her to put it back in again after she pulls it out? Just wondering if there is anything you can use to stop a power cord being pulled out by a nosy 16 mth old?
