Make sure the liner is big enough to cover a good size area where the cream may get onto.]]>

To remove the cream, you might have to use detergent and scrub the liners/wherever the cream has got on.<br />I occasionally use nappy cream, but use microflece liners. Which tend to stop the nappy cream getting on the nappy itself.<br />Are you using cream for a rash, or for a preventative measure.<br /><br />Others may have some more advice..... ]]>
