Is that an online store, or a cake specialty store? never heard of them lol!

Buttercream would be preferable cos its easy to spread and shape, but soft enough to push the red stripes in to make it 'flat', rather than raised stripes if that makes sense?? Icing sugar and water type icing is too runny and sweet for my liking

Or a white icing made with just icing sugar and water?

Milly's sell a product called "Snocream" which is a substitute for butter and is completely white which I use to make white buttercream icing. I like you tried Spotlight and cake shops with no luck ir too expensive. I can post my recipe later this evening when I'm on the PC and not my phone. Otherwise you can google MMF recipe and there will be heaps. We got heaps of compliments on how good it tasted
