If paying private you should really be able to do what you wish, but we had to really push for 2 at one stage (and I was 34). Publicly with your age (lucky you!) they will only want to transfer one unless you have a couple of cycles with BFN's.

My reckoning though, is that if it's the 'environment' the emby is transferred into that may have made it not 'stick', then one at a time is a good option. Then you go with the hope that your uterus may be in a different state the next time, and it might be the time it responds.

HTH

It was my 2nd private cycle.
I think it is a personal decision and they will go over the risks etc with you first as they don't like to do it - best wishes

Edited by Lylic

Not sure if it's the same for public? I know the first public round they won't let you put two either, but seeing your two transfers didn't work last time they might allow it this time?

Good luck hun!
I know of a couple that have had 2 put back because the second one wouldnt have been good enough to freeze.

My FS has given me good information on putting 2 back and chance of success etc. Think the changes arent that much higher than putting one back two times - if you know what I mean.

My FS here in aussie may put 2 back for me next time since I am over 35 but will see what happens when the time comes. I know with blastys they only tend to put 1 back unless there is extraord circumstances. Good luck with your decision.
DH and I were wondering if there was possibly any way this time if we have bad fertilisation etc whether they would consider putting in more than one to bost our chances.
I know all the hoopla about multiple births etc, guess what I am asking is is anyone under the age limit has been allowed to transfer more than one?

I'm pretty sure Jay Jay was allowed on that Doco they were on?

TIA
