mine just turned up with broken snap as well :(... I'm sure they'll sort it out but was looking forward to getting DD in it

eta - wow the service is awesome there eh... I got an email back within ten minutes and they will reinburse postage...

hehe I washed my wipes with the nappies first time. THe nappys themselves didn't stain, but the mircofibre inserts took on a very light blue tinge.
But not a big deal. Thanks for your help I will contact her. The wipes were only washed together not with anything else. Yeah they are having problems with the snaps, pays to check them every time before you wash them and after the first time. They usually fall off at the start.

No the wipes are NOT colour fast. You need to wash them seperatly before use. The nappies are tho and can be washed with anything.

gutted, i just brought one for a friend and it had a snap missing before it was washed!!

I was so happy when my nappies arrived. In my nappy order was 6 tuttos. I pre washed them and then when it came time to put them back together i found 2 out of the 6 nappies have lost a snap on the waist and one of the long boosters has lost a snap also. Has anyone else had problems like this? Can i contact itti bitti nz and sort it out with them??
