BUT, chocolate is high in anti-oxidants!]]>

As your metabolic rate slows, due to depression.<br /><br />I didn't know this, until the doctor told me today.<br /><br />I suffer from depression you see.  I was wondering why my healthy eating was doing nothing, so I mentioned it and she told me it'll be due to my depression.  Also, apparently it wasn't my thyroid issues this time causing havoc on my weight loss efforts.<br /><br />Ok, so I need to get happy again and then I'll start losing again.<br /><br />But did anyone else know this about depression?]]>
