Thanks guys. It must have been something I ate at lunch (we went out for lunch) yesterday, cos it only lasted for a few hours and have been fine ever since.

One more night of a single injection and then tomorrow night I start on Orgalutron as well as the Gonal F.

And I have to admit, I was expecting to be really grumpy, but I feel even less grumpy than usual on the Gonal F... My DH thinks it great.. Never had number 2s issues, but they more injections i had the more depressed I got and then once they stopped I perked up again. Was okay once I worked out that was what was happening...till then I thought I was losing it.

Balcy, sorry to hear you having rough time. Number 2's no issue for me, but we are different. And it appears each time is different, I found buserelin a issue last time for headaches and lethargy but this time its the Gonal F or maybe I am going luppy!

What side effects have people had when using Gonal F?
I've had bad diarrheoa today and wondering if its caused by the Gonal F. Ive had 3 injections and due fo r my fourth one tonight....

Any info to ease my mind would be helpful.
