We use a YoYo bamboo fitted nappy that's also a pocket, with a microfibre & a bamboo/hemp folder insert, with either a totsbots or a yoyo cover. They last 7-7 no problems at all and she's now 10 mths, and has always been quite a heavy wetter. Seems very comfortable overnight as she rarely wakes.

I use bitti boos with great success. I use the TM cheapies with a small microfibre insert, a hemp insert and a bamboo trifold. In that order. Then I put a (home made) fleece outer over that. Works great. Does us 12-14+ hours no problem. I looked around but as I needed 5 night nappies to work with my work/laundry schedule $50 each was too much to spend.

DD, has a selcetion of night nappies  1 pop in, 2 bitti boo's with cover, and 3 fuzzi bunz with bamboo/hemp trifold and 6 layers of micrfibre.

THey all work well.
If you can get some sort of heavy soaker, like bamboo or hemp, and add into you TM ones, they should work over night.

I used to make a peopod work at night with just there ttifold and 3 layers of mircofibre. But DS grew out of the rise on them.

What works well for me is the daytime nappy + 1 extra insert. Whether that extra insert is made of cotton, bamboo, hemp or microfibre should depend on whether your baby is a heavy wetter or not.

From the various feedback we receive, a nappy that works very well is a fitted nappy (e.g. Little Lamb or Totsbots) made of bamboo. The bamboo is lovely and soft against your baby's skin and absorbs heaps of moisture. It does however take longer to dry (but that's because of the large capacity to absorb moisture). Another good option is the Ecobubs night time pack (as suggested earlier) which is a woollen pocket nappy with two microfibre inserts.

Agree with Pop Ins. I have finally decided to buy some and dd is 2.5 years i regret not buying them sooner.

Mine were $50 for the Pop In & extra night booster.

I think having 3 nappies plus a few extra liners would be enough. The liners take a while to dry but covers are quick drying.

$150 on 3 nappies seem alot but i was spending around $20 a fortnight or every 3 weeks for huggies at night. Also you can get an Ecobubs night pack. Close parent original Pop-in with the Dri-night booster easily lasts 12hrs...in my very heavy wetter. These are a OSFM nappy and cost about $49 for the nappy and booster though so not cheap. But they do work. Chic cheeks have them. They take ages to dry so you need about 4 to use them full time.

The bitti boo is a fitted nappy that requires a cover as well...it lasts 12hrs but I have to add an extra bamboo trifold because my boy is such a heavy wetter. I know others who can manage 12hrs just as they are.

Pop-ins all the way! And they are OSFA so no need to buy different sizes.
